Here's some interesting information from the
stats collected on our web site (Note: we don't
collect any personal information about site visitors
and we don't use cookies or any other form of
tracking device).
How do People Find Us
The visitors that are not regular visitors to
our web site use a search engine to find us. Here
are the search engines they used to find our web
site.
Hits By Month
The stats on hits by month show a couple of things
- firstly that our site is much more popular now
than it was 12 months ago, and secondly that we
get most hits during the football season - that
came as a big surprise. (Note these stats show
total page hits not unique hits)
Hits By Hour of the Day
I'm glad to see that not many people sit up through
the night to read the content on our pages. The
graph below shows the most popular time of day
for access to the site is between 12.00 and 1.00pm.
I suspect this is our parents having a look in
their lunch break at work.
Second most popular is 4.00pm - 5.00pm - I guess
this is the kids when they get home from School.
Hits By Day of the Week
Hits on the site are fairly evenly spread across
the week although Sunday and Monday are the most
active days - again no surprises here as visitors
want to see the results and the match reports
from the weekends games.
Hits By Country
It may come as more of a surprise to some of
you that we are very popular the world over. Obviously
most of the hits on the site come from our players,
parents and opposition teams (sneaking a look
at the match reports) but they are closely followed
by our worldwide supporters!
Within the figures below there are hits from
the following countries
Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Switzerland,
Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Canada,
Australia, Kenya, South Africa, Saudi Arabia,
Egypt, South Korea, Russia, Pakistan, China, Hong
Kong and Iran
Has Bill Taken Over the
World?
The stats below are interesting in what they
show about the extent of Microsofts domination
of the world in PC Software.
The figures for what Browser people use is very
similar with 95.3% using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Hope you enjoyed an insight into who is watching
us and when.
